how to eat better, for the fatasses of the day

all right, first thing, I'm gonna say is, all of you are great, 41 followers and i have only been here for a week, second, to lose weight, you have to do two things, exercise  and eat better than you normally would, so lets get started, all right we all know about the eating less thing, and the six snacks a day thing, and the if it's grilled, its probably good for you, well, i'm here to tell you, that some good foods to help, are easy to find, such as if you go to mcdonalds, yea i know right, you can get the ten piece mcnuggets, a water, and a yogurt, and its actually not all that bad for you, or you can get some fish, tuna works the best, lightly fry it, serve it with some rice, and bam, healthy meal, remember, try to drink 10 bottles of water a day, if you do, it keeps your body hydrated and makes your body eliminate what it deems unnecessary such as waste and fat. so lets do this shit

workout of the week

all right, lets get this shit going, we are gonna start of with, and don't laugh, 150 jumping jacks, it gets a little tough around 80, after that, 3 sets of 30 pushups, 3 sets of 30 situps, 3 sets of 30 lunges( one lunge for both leg = 1) , a 45 second wall sit, followed up by 45 squats, and remember if you have dumbells, try and get at least 15 curls for each arm in between sets, do all this and get a body that bitches wanna fuck,

to get started, we are going to start of with 20 pushups, not that many and not that hard, then 25 crunches, you want that beach body for summer right?, after this, we are going to do 25 squats, so you can do flips and shit, then we are going to do a 45 second wall sit, so bitches will get on your dick, if you have some weights, do some curls in between this shit, try and do this 5 times a day, to look like me , will post again next week
