megapost on the account of im a douche and keep getting side tracked

all right work out stuff, 4 x 20 pushups, 30 squats , 25 mountain climbers, if you cant do the workout, everytime you go to sit down, right before your lazy ass touches the seat stand straight up, inspirational shit, there is always some one out there better than you, try to get to the top of the food chain, and hell yea, i gained 4 pounds


  1. Hmm...I'll do that tomorrow after walking my 8 miles. (no jokes I walk 8 miles in the morning, and 8 more in the afternoon to get my kids to and from school) I also have the INSANITY! Workout sitting on my computer, is that any good?
