general workout

to get started, we are going to start of with 20 pushups, not that many and not that hard, then 25 crunches, you want that beach body for summer right?, after this, we are going to do 25 squats, so you can do flips and shit, then we are going to do a 45 second wall sit, so bitches will get on your dick, if you have some weights, do some curls in between this shit, try and do this 5 times a day, to look like me , will post again next week

  10. Haha I hate people who want "summer bodies". You'll never get the sort of intense changes you want in only a couple weeks before the beach.
